| Initial Setup Fee: | A one-time fee of $50 for up to 5 indexing services, and $5 for each additional site. This covers testing of a sample upload, configuration for each destination service on BookRouter, any special arrangements necessary for the individual sites, and all correspondence and troubleshooting necessary to ensure that your data is in the best form for every indexing service to which you choose to send. If you do not sign up initially to route to 5 services, you may sign up for the remainder at any time, without incurring additional fees. |
| Monthly Fee: | $25 for up to 5
indexing services, $5 for each additional site. This
covers the conversion and routing of your files, handling of any
service-related issues that you encounter, and temporary storage of
your files to protect you in case you experience computer
problems. As of Jan 1 2004 we are also adding a 'bandwidth' fee to encourage our users to be more efficient in the use of our service. Total bandwidth will be calculated based on the size of files uploaded to us, and the size of the files we send to the services. For most customers this fee will only be an extra $0-$5/month. Clients who average 50-500MB/month will be charged $6-$7.50/month, and customers who send over 1000MB (1% of our clients) may be charged up to $15/month. There are no external service contracts and no additional charges, aside from those related to setting up more than 5 destination sites. |
| Fee Schedule: |
You will not be billed until you are fully configured, and we have successfully converted and sent your inventory. Clients are billed quarterly, in advance, and can pay via check, money order, or credit card -- which can be set up for automatic billing. |
